When going down the hill from the apartment, over the speed bump…
I can hear a Scraping noise from the undercarriage !!
The customer made a reservation and came running.

TTC Urethane Buffer

Ride comfort creation
Vehicle height increase

Front tire disassembly..

The urethane buffer is inserted between the driver’s seat and the shock absorber spring.

 

Driver’s seat urethane buffer. .installed

Passenger seat urethane cushion buffer…installed

Rear tire… disassembled

Clean the rear right shock absorber coil spring

Urethane cushion buffer installed on the rear right shock absorber spring!!

 

Urethane cushion buffer installed on the rear left shock absorber spring!!

…completed..

“Work is done…

The car height has been raised by about 2.5cm to 3cm.

Now, the ride comfort is noticeably improved when driving over speed bumps or rough roads.

We are now ready to deliver the car.
